ROLL BACK MALARIA is a global partnership founded by the governments of malaria-afflicted countries, the World Health Organization, the UNChildren's Fund, the World Bank and the UN Development Programme. Its objective is to halve the burden of malaria for the world's people by the year 2010 by saving lives, reducing poverty, boosting school attendance and making life better for millions of people living in poor countries, especially in Africa.
